SUMMARY

This position is responsible for helping our clients address some of their biggest data challenges. The person in this position will be experienced in managing and completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance and other focus areas. He/she must be proficient in the implementation of Syniti Data Migration Methodology and Tools and/or other industry standard migration tools. The person in this role will lead teams to apply their cumulative knowledge, skills, and abilities to solve customer needs, while also managing customer relationships and developing new business.  The person in this role carries significant responsibility for people management development. You will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. This position will play a pivotal role in helping us drive the successful delivery of new solutions to our clients every day.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Deliver unique data management solutions to clients across industries, including; Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Utilities.

• Implements and develops data management deliverables independently using Syniti data management methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements.

• Provides overall project management, including project planning and approach for one or more moderately complex project.

• Organizes data management team and coordinates united effort to achieve and exceed data deliverables.

• Ensures best practice data management methodologies are established and followed.

• Coordinates and communicates with the customer’s PMO on behalf of the data management work stream.

• Drives the improvement and refinement of new and existing data management solutions.

• Oversees data management team and coordinates united effort to achieve and exceed deliverables.

• Demonstrates complete understanding of assigned contract terms, risks, and policies for all project under program management.

•  Effectively enforces to the contract’s terms and conditions and type of contract.

• Provides management and oversight to their respective data process area.

• Conducts resource planning for program data management and subject matter experts related to a variety of data management activities.

• Publishes and maintains data management status dashboard and metrics reporting for a variety of projects.

• Mentors junior PMs on Syniti data management standards and best practices.

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with senior-level customer personnel.

• Coordinates and monitors effective knowledge transfer of Syniti data management methodologies to client team members.

• Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed.

• Conducts Business Blueprint workshops with customer to understand the business requirements and advise them on To-Be solutions based on relevant technical areas such as SAP BPC, SAC, SAP MDG, and others.

• Provide overall status for data object readiness.

• Organizes process area data team and orchestrates all technical and functional activities.

• Assures progress tracking against data management deliverables and reports status.

• Work closely with other consultants on customer site as a part of small to large size project teams.

• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.

• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of data management work products.
