Lead Rehabilitation Services - Physical Therapy

$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) Lead Therapist role is to support the promotion of best practice and rehab clinical excellence (within a particular practice specialty area). The CAP lead therapist additionally manages and provides skilled therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the patient's individual physical or age-related needs. The CAP lead therapist requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, be an effective communicator, and be able to provide professional consultations to optimize patient/client outcomes in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited occupational/physical/speech therapy program Or
• Master's Degree From an accredited occupational/physical/speech therapy program Or
• D.P.T. From an accredited occupational/physical/speech therapy program     
• Coursework/Training Occasionally a position will require specialized occupational/physical/speech therapy training or experience or certifications to meet a particular department need
• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years Experience as a Therapist (including 1-3 years with Providence)
• 5 years Specialized occupational/physical/speech therapy training or experience or certifications to meet a particular department need
• 1 year Membership in professional association

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
