Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing) – Property Development

The Job

• Formulate and recommend the marketing strategy by keeping abreast of the relevant regulations, governmental and market practices as appropriate.
• Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for Housing Society’s housing projects according to the sales programme.
• Liaise with relevant government departments, Housing Authority and internal divisions to ensure a smooth launch of the housing scheme.
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, internal divisions for sales operation as well as monitor the sales progress, handover and overall sales arrangement in compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Seek legal advice and take appropriate steps to facilitate the complaint case processing.
• Recommend manpower plan for sales / handover operations, implement staff recruitment and training and prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.

 

The Person

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership, dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
• Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday as necessary.
