Senior Director Field & Operations Training

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Oversees the development and implementation of long-term operations and field training strategy aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
• Manages the delivery of Blattner and Quanta safety training programs to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Is responsible for the management of all registered apprenticeship program occupations, including Related Technical Instruction (RTI) and On the Job Training (OJT).
• Oversees the design and implementation of comprehensive technical training programs for all field-based craft and technical roles.
• Works with operations leadership team including Directors of Field Operations, Directors of Construction, General Superintendents to ensure training and development programs are being deployed to achieve the organization’s business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combinations of education and work experience required.
• 12+ years of experience in training leadership roles within construction, energy, or industrial sectors. 
• Proven experience in apprenticeship program administration and technical workforce development and safety training.  
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NCCER, NCCCO, and other relevant standards/certifications as well as experience with adult learning and field-based programming. 
• Proven track record of leading multi-functional teams in field learning and collaborating across department and business unit lines.

$192,123.00 - $278,578.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
