Project Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide Systems Administration, Configuration Management, and Web Development support to USCYBERCOM web-based initiatives and functions in accordance with mission requirements. Assist in preparing technical documents, specifications, and requirements for developmental projects, and make trade-offs and best technical approach analyses. Initiate and make recommendations on technology process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product and service offerings to enhance the technology function’s positive impact on the client’s mission. Translate technical roadmaps into detailed project plans including timelines. Lead, participate, and execute an agile (SCRUM) and traditional waterfall methodology.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a program analyst
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance, or Accounting

Additional Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• CAPM or PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
