POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Pack-Out Associate reports to the Pack-Out Supervisor.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain the workplace and pack-out area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition

· Ensure accurate quantities are packed and conduct final quality control checks

· Carefully and quickly packaging pouches according to customer orders

· Labeling & stacking boxes for distribution, performing accurate inventory counts & more

· Conduct a visual inspection of the product to ensure good quality,

· Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort products for defects as required

· Follow company GMPs, Food Safety, and other applicable WPDNs SOPs.

· Attend monthly plant training.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Count counting skills, using decimals and fractions with a calculator.

· Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a clean and safe work area

· Must have good hand/eye coordination

· Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort products for defects as required

· Must be a self-directed "go-getter" who can teach others while also participating in the workload.

· Regularly required to stand and move about within the work areas.

· Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds

· Able to work occasional weekends, holidays

· Strong attention to detail
