We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager Americas

We are looking for a candidate who has an in-depth knowledge of the region and an experienced view of the fashion retail industry. The right candidate is customer centric and has proven results increasing sales and profit through interpreting global brand strategies in a local context. Ideally you are autonomous, entrepreneurial and enjoy taking ownership of long and short-term multi-channel strategies. You can initiate and lead change processes to enable cross-functional collaboration to deliver on goals, drive visitors and increase brand awareness.

At & Other Stories our ambition is to grow as a brand in the Americas. We want to do this by increasing brand awareness, sales & profit. Overall, this is your main responsibility as a Regional Sales Manager.

A brief introduction to job role, included but not limited to:

• Lead the local sales team through setting and communicating clear visions, strategies and consistent follow up and coaching.
• Optimize and manage owned sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand and customer strategies.
• Take ownership of the local Profit and Loss (P&L), actively seeking and acting upon opportunities for customer, sales, and profit growth.

• Drive the implementation and execution of customer experiences across all channels while strategically enhancing the shopping experience.

• Develop and execute a growth plan in collaboration with global expansion for existing and new channels to ensure sustainable financial success.
• Collaborate with global sales to optimize external partners and explore opportunities to expand the client portfolio and business models.

• Foster business innovation and development, including the rollout of omni features, in all sales channels and touchpoints.
• Identify new customer needs and changes in behavior, taking proactive actions to exceed customer expectations.

• Collaborate with global teams to set the commercial plan for the region and act as the local expert to identify and capitalize on local potential.

• Cultivate an inclusive and welcoming workplace that fosters winning teams.
• Develop organizational setups and roles to meet current and future needs, building competence accordingly.

Compensation:

Hiring Range is $169,306 - $194,707 annually**
