Job Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise with Health Information Systems, especially Epic. Possess in-depth knowledge of technical interfaces for Health Information Systems.

  • Process Assessment: Ability to evaluate and analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

  • Strategic Planning: Proven experience in developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer needs.

  • Project Management: Proficiency in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, along with familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

  • Effective Communication: Verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to contribute to project management and delivery, with a willingness to support and mentor less experienced team members.

  • Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of strategic business planning and execution within healthcare technology or related industries.

  • Problem-Solving: Robust decision-making and problem-solving skills, focusing on driving innovation and continuous improvement in patient contact center operations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Project Implementation Leadership: Lead the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Solutions such as Real Time Eligibility, Real Time Authorization and eMPA, Contact Center platforms, and the Ensemble EIQ platform are in scope for the role in addition to Health Information System modules like Hello World

  • Business Outcomes Management: Drive business outcomes by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure project success.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and organizational performance.

  • Executive Communication: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting project updates and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
