You’ll work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing, while collaborating directly with our users in operationally complex environments.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul> <li><p dir="ltr">Help define and scale our design system and internal design processes from the ground up.</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Own design of core product workflows - dashboards, mobile tools, setup/configuration, and more.</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Translate complex use cases into intuitive, usable, and scalable experiences for operational users in traditional industries.</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and create attractive and easy to understand designs</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Conduct customer and user interviews, synthesize insights, and turn those into actionable designs.</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Co-own product metrics like engagement, activation, and feature adoption alongside PM and CS.</p></li> <li><p dir="ltr">Expedite the path to our vision by enabling marketing &amp; GTM with future concepts and key visuals.</p></li> </ul><ul> </ul><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Functional Strengths</strong></h4><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Strong product thinking. You understand and discover the "why," not just the "what".</p><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr">Skilled in UX for complex workflows (preferably B2B), bringing clarity over complex use-cases.</p><p></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hands-on in UI, and proficient in design software (eg. Figma), to ship high-quality, intuitive and user-friendly outcomes without needing visual design support</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with design systems, information architecture and interaction design</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Able to run your own research, synthesize insights, and validate hypotheses</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Fast, iterative, and comfortable working with imperfect data or shifting goals</p></li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>Bonus Skills</strong></h4><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in operationally-heavy domains: logistics, manufacturing, construction, etc.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with B2B/SaaS tools (CRM, analytics, dashboards, etc.)</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Exposure to computer vision, AI or safety-critical applications is a plus</p></li> </ul><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Your Background</strong></h3><p dir="ltr"><strong>You may have:</strong></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Been a founding designer or a key designer at an early-stage startup</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Operated at a Senior, Lead, or Staff level in a small, high-ownership team</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Learned design on the job, through building, not just formal training</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Seen a product grow from early ambiguity to scale clarity, and know how that journey feels</p></li> </ul><p><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>You likely thrive in the early and growth-stage, and...</strong></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
