Senior Oracle Financials Developer (Secret Clearance Required)

Position Summary:
The Senior Oracle Financials Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Financials solutions. This role demands extensive experience with Oracle Financials, a deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Financials modules and hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Oracle applications. This position is fully remote and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Development and Customization:
• Design, develop, and customize Oracle Financials applications to meet business requirements.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements in Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• System Integration:
• Integrate Oracle Financials with other enterprise applications and external systems.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, data conversions, and integrations using Oracle APIs and other tools.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Financials applications.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve system issues and implement process improvements.
• Technical Documentation:
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for all stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and understand business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
