Purpose
This role will support the BDM Process and Infrastructure team responsible for delivering function-wide projects and process improvements and BDM Practice & Sector team supporting our BDM colleagues globally with directories submissions, marketing campaigns and materials, coordinating events and many more.

- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly - the period of Internship will coincide with a change to our CRM system provider so flexibility and fast learning abilities will be of crucial importance.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures worldwide.
- Good problem solver; able to offer practical and creative solutions.
Expectations of the role
- Work with the BDM team to enhance coordination efforts, including updating a centralised repository for credentials and marketing materials.
- Support with maintenance and updating of practice/sector related content on Linklaters.com and on relevant intranet pages.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and assist the BDM team to maximise its utilisation across the practice.
- Craft comprehensive client, sector, and practice overviews to facilitate client engagement.
- Coordinate with our lawyers to ensure the readiness and quality of marketing collateral and CVs content.
- Support on drafting of legal directory submissions.
- Support in raising the practice's profile both internally and externally in close partnership with the Marketing Communications team.
- Assist in the orchestration, execution, and evaluation of events such as seminars, webinars, roundtables and conferences.
- Organising photo sessions for our practice and business teams.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary.
Experience required
- Fluent English (writing, running reports, interpreting data for use with clients).
- Prior professional experience would be an advantage, preferably in an international business environment.
- Highly competent user of Microsoft Office tools (with a focus on MS Excel in particular).
The Team
You will be welcomed into a globally diverse and friendly team based across our Warsaw, Colchester and London offices.
You will be supported by, and work closely with, the wider BDM team which includes teams of experts across client communications, events, digital marketing and technology. We are a collegiate team with an emphasis on teamworking and collaboration with colleagues.
