Our open, collaborative culture provides a nurturing environment for personal and professional growth, enabling us to achieve remarkable outcomes for our clients and stakeholders. </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You also must hold a valid work permit in EU or UK.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications, scoring and analytical workflows, alongside ETLs and ELTs using Python, Golang and Rust.</li> <li>Utilise PostgreSQL, BigQuery for database design, development, and optimisation.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring coding standards are maintained.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practices.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software remains current and competitive.</li> <li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Golang and Python</strong>, with a strong understanding of its paradigms, idioms, and syntax.</li> <li>ETL, ELT, CDC, OLAP based workflows and tooling (e.g. <strong>AirFlow, AirBite, Argo Workflows</strong>).</li> <li>Experience with gRPC and microservice architecture.</li> </ul><ul><li>Familiarity with <strong>PostgreSQL, BigQuery, BigTable</strong>, including database design, development, and optimisation.</li></ul><ul> <li>Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD.</li> <li>Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like <strong>Kubernetes</strong>.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li> <li><strong>Applicants must have a valid work permit to work in EU or UK.</strong></li> </ul><p></p><h3>Desirable</h3><ul> <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.</li> <li>Experience with Rust.</li> <li>Experience with event-based systems using GCP PubSub or Kafka.</li> <li>Experience with data engineering tools and paradigms such as Spark, Pandas or Polars.</li> <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.</li> <li>Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio.</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>What We Offer  </p><ul><li>A fast-paced environment filled with passionate people from diverse backgrounds who share a common purpose and global outlook  </li></ul><ul><li>The opportunity to advance your knowledge of environmental, social and governance topics while supporting the world’s largest financial institutions and corporations to create a more sustainable future  </li></ul><ul><li>Collaboration as part of a highly motivated, exper
