  • Cross-Functional Program Mobilization: Lead or support the mobilization of cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines. Help remove blockers and maintain momentum on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Executive Communications: Develop high-quality, audience-specific materials for senior leadership forums including CB CIB Digital Steering Committees and Business Unit Reviews. Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable messages.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with CB CIB Digital Leadership and their delegates. Ensure their perspectives are reflected in strategic initiatives and communications.

  • Value Proposition Articulation: Partner with Readiness & Enablement and Digital Product teams to articulate the cumulative value of digital solutions in a compelling and measurable way.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with Finance and Data & Analytics teams to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.
