Job Summary: Provides top-tier customer service and professional support to INTRUST Bank Commercial customers, including Treasury Management customers. Generates ideas for process improvement and offers solutions to improve business operations. Understands and supports various system and product applications. Off-site visits to customers will be required for system demonstrations and customer assistance. Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service to all. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
Essential Functions:
• Able to accurately and efficiently create and follow procedures to mitigate risk and prevent losses for both INTRUST Bank and commercial customers.
• Maintains a high attention to detail and is able to quickly identify high-risk situations. Assists with escalated issues.
• Train team members on systems, applications and internal tasks. Create and maintain comprehensive training material for all team members. Partner with Treasury Services Supervisor on new team member training.
• Able to work with all internal software programs, product applications, and hardware to ensure customer support and service levels are met. Offers suggestions for application and workflow enhancements to improve customer experience and department processes.
• Maintains knowledge of INTRUST Bank’s Treasury Management offerings to provide top-tier support to customers. Proactively uncovers customer needs and enhances relationships by offering appropriate products and services.
• Stays well-informed of all rules and regulations governing commercial products and services Participates in continued education opportunities related to ACH rules and regulations.
• Participates in system and application testing. Recommends design changes, testing and proofing of new features added to Treasury Management applications. Trains team members on new system functionality and updates procedures as appropriate.
• Responds to all requests for assistance, providing reliable support to internal and external customers in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Identify issues and design solutions for an optimal resolution.
• Works closely with Treasury Services Supervisor providing assistance with tracking, reporting, audits and special projects.
• Works closely with other internal departments providing routine feedback and project updates
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 4+ years related job experience required. Previous experience in banking operations, and customer service required. Experience with ACH files preferred.
