IT Operations Engineer (JAVA)

Job Description

Supports daily hands-on operational excellence for the assigned Products, with in-source setup. Implements success and process measures according to SLI, SLO, SLA. Performs changes and upgrades to existing products and ensuring regular maintenance. Works with the Product Team members to plan what user stories will be included in each sprint.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, PLSQL, Java, Groovy, CSS, Kotlin, etc

• Strong scripting and development skills in multiple languages.

• Experience with system monitoring tools and incident response procedures.

• Solid understanding of automation, configuration management, and deployment processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Strong collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of networking and security principles.

• Familiar with Scrum & Agile methodologies
