Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted thought partner and executional expert around Employee Engagement and Culture.

Function as a strong contributor to other HR programs and processes that support the various “key moments of truth” in an employee’s journey.

Lead, implement, and manage a global Employee Listening strategy that enables employees to feel fully informed, engaged, and elevates the Employee Experience.

Manage third-party vendor relationships and coordinate with CIO teams to ensure uniformity in survey tools and experiences.

Proactively partner and collaborate with leaders and employees across Countries, Markets, and Practices to achieve shared objectives around employee listening and feedback.

Successfully coach, facilitate, and influence collaborators across the organization.

Craft creative communications, campaigns, content, and collateral that drive excitement around Employee Engagement and Culture.

Coordinate effective change management strategies to encourage adoption and communicate project progress with collaborators.

Oversee Employee Listening, Employee Engagement & Culture tools and resources and assess, evaluate, and measure Employee Engagement & Culture Journey progress.

Stay updated on research and standard methodologies, summarizing findings and recommendations for improving current processes and practices.
Skills and Experience Requirements
-
Over 10 years of work experience in a global or multinational company, focusing on Employee Experience, organizational effectiveness, learning & development, change management, and/or Culture initiatives.

10+ years’ experience in a survey/employee listening role.

Experience with employee listening/pulse platforms & tools, modern learning platforms, social media, and collaboration tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, Teams, Slack, Glint).

Strong data acumen capability in leveraging data for quality insights and decision making.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization.

Strong organizational and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong design instincts.

Adaptable, willing, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Thrives in a fast-paced, global, and complex environment.
