Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee all food & beverage operations across our vibrant campus!
💰 Salary: $143,700–$158,070/year (DOE)
📅 Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (flexibility for events & dinner oversight required)
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for all food and beverage operations at Friendship Village Tempe.
- Responsible for ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, safety, sanitation, staffing, and budget management.
- Oversee multiple dining venues, catering operations, and special events.
- Maintain a resident-focused, hospitality-driven culture.
🎓 What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food service management, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare environments.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
