More about the role:
Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Regular Giving Manager to join our team and lead the Foundation's Regular Giving programs to long term sustainable growth.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and overseeing the F2F Regular Giving program focussing on retention and growth strategies
- Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the Regular Giving programs, with the aim of maximising revenue, return on investment and building an engaged supporter base
- Collaborating closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure the Regular Giving program runs effectively and efficiently
- Directing the operational support required for the Regular Giving team
- Liaising with external suppliers and their fundraising teams to deliver high quality programs that protect the McGrath Foundation brand and reputation
- Supporting the development of supporter journeys for all Regular Givers to improve donor retention and engagement
- Using data insights to inform decision-making, optimising campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement across the Regular Giving program
What you bring to the role:
Our ideal candidate has experience managing a successful regular giving program, achieving retention and growth targets. People management, self-motivation, collaboration, strong stakeholder management, creative / critical thinking and experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) are important skills for this role.
