Job Description

An In-Store Commercial Manager is responsible for the sales performance and overall profitability of an area/department within the store. This is delivered by great customer service and creates a commercial and attractive shopping experience for our customers according to set guidelines in order to maximize selling. You plan, execute, set high store standards and follow up on activities in stores. 

Leading, motivating and inspiring a team of Sales Advisors, you work under the guidance of the Store Manager planning all store operations and activities.  

• Perform daily selling follow up and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling
• Manage and operate merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock level and follow up
• Take responsibility of planning your and your department ́s workday and set right priorities
• Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures
• Participate and contribute to recruitment and training of employees
• Keep yourself and the team up to date with weekly info and sales activities concerning the store/department
• Evaluate, motivate and develop all colleagues.
• Ensure efficient and effective garment flow, aiming to increase sales
• Ensure and optimize the allocation of garments and products based on business needs
• Ensure high quality, commercial garment presentation (Visual Merchandising)
