Who You Are
Justworks is looking for an experienced project manager to lead website initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring the marketing website is a high-performing demand generation engine that supports our brand while meeting target audiences’ needs and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience managing cross-functional digital projects with a focus on website design and development efforts.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Website Marketing, you will collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing and the broader company to deliver strategic web efforts on schedule while keeping stakeholders aligned. You are solution-oriented, exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, and an effective process steward while remaining flexible to each project’s needs. You ask important questions, and are comfortable sharing your point of view. You can think things through logically and are able to evaluate through a business lens in addition to a technical one.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Help scope, manage, and execute web projects for justworks.com and other web properties, working in close partnership with the Website Marketing Team to deliver cohesive, delightful web experiences to our users while advancing our brand and digital presence.
- Collaborate with in-house engineers, designers, content producers, growth marketers, freelance developers, and agency partners to successfully execute projects.
- Ensure upcoming projects are well-defined and in line with the strategy and roadmap for the marketing website. Projects may include, but are not limited to, site updates, landing page development and optimization, CMS development, SEO improvements, and personalization.
- Maintain robust documentation across project management platforms such as Asana and Confluence
- Manage roles and responsibilities across stakeholders on projects, and communicate effectively throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Approach ambiguous ideas or requests with a healthy open-minded curiosity and an intent to define with details.
- Prioritize and route requests, write tickets and user stories, constantly communicate with team members to remove blockers and empower them to do their best work. Continuously drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Perform content changes and updates within the CMS (Contentful) and participate in QA testing to ensure work is high quality and compliant with web standards.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
