Job Description
Hey there! Are you someone who's really good at communicating, planning and loves getting things done? As a Management Assistant, you're not just doing the usual stuff – it's a crucial job where you play a big part in making sure we make a positive impact. Get ready for some important tasks that make a difference:
- Calendar Management: Navigate schedules with finesse for smooth operations.
- Masterful Meetings Arrangement: Coordinate both internal and external meetings, including significant events like conferences.
- Travel Logistics: Tackle complex travel arrangements, from hotel bookings to efficient transportation to submit expenses reports.
- Financial Ops: Streamline and follow up on purchase orders
- Anything else?? Brace yourself for dynamic challenges beyond the routine! Examples: welcome and onboard new colleagues, ensure stock of office supplies is up to date, coordinate special occasions and celebrations.
- 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract, with the potential for it to transition into a permanent position based on outstanding performance aligned with the expectations of the role.

Qualifications

- Autonomy in organizing work is essential, accompanied by the ability to maximize time effectively
- Event Management Experience: Prior involvement in coordinating events is highly valued
- Initiative, Coordination, and Pragmatism: Demonstrate a proactive approach, effective coordination, and practical problem-solving
- Polished Presentation Skills: Showcase effective communication in diverse settings.

- Mastery of professional English is a must. Dutch would be a valuable advantage
- Purchase Orders: SAP R3 Production, Aravo, AICO would be a valuable advantage
- English proficiency is mandatory for this role
- Proficiency in Dutch is highly valued and considered a strong advantage
