About the job

In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Raw Materials. You will serve as a vital bridge between our global and regional teams, ensuring robust alignment across our organization. At a strategic level, you will deploy our global raw materials (RM) strategy to our regional teams, fostering the development of regional strategies, and harmonizing policies, playbooks, and deliverables. On an operational level, you will coordinate demand consolidation, monitor compliance with standards, and facilitate information flow between global and regional teams. You will oversee the standardization efforts and drive capability-building initiatives, including automation of the processes and digitalization. Furthermore, in this role, you will actively manage cross-regional and global activities such as budget preparation, supplier evaluation, and M&A integrations.

 

In addition, your tasks will include:

• Leading and supporting critical projects, including M&A integrations, supplier evaluations, and process improvements
• Collaborate with regional teams to align on the regional playbook, stock policies, and performance targets.
• Taking ownership of timely and accurate budget delivery
• Overseeing demand consolidation, inventory compliance monitoring, and inventory forecast alignment
• Driving process standardization across regions and providing training/coaching to our regional teams

What we expect from you in terms of

 

Education, skills & knowledge

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain, business administration, economics, or similar fields of relevance
• CPIM or similar certification

Languages

• English – Proficient/Fluent
• Any other language would be an asset

Work Experience

• Several years of experience in multinational companies, preferably within matrix organizations
• Experience in start-up and M&A integration environments is advantageous
