About the role

About Us:

Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together towards our mission: improving access to high-quality mental health care. Our diverse and collaborative team of remotely-based therapists and interns offers virtual therapy services. Our model is focused on supporting early career therapists and interns by offering exceptional supervision and ongoing education, providing access and quality care for our client base, and building community.

The Role:

Resilience Lab is looking for compassionate second-year Master of Social Work (MSW) and Clinical Counseling graduate students from our partner schools for field placement. You will provide individual therapy to adults via videoconferencing and maintain a caseload of ~10 clients (this may vary up or down depending on your or your school’s requirements). You will receive weekly personalized supervision from your dedicated supervisor, along with the opportunity to meet with other supervisors to deepen your knowledge on a variety of clinical topics. With access to our clinically-led Resilience Institute, you will have lifelong access to our learning curriculum to help enhance your clinical and business skills. Overall, you will have the opportunity to gain deep clinical and practical experience with the flexibility that comes with a remote/hybrid environment.
