RSC2 is currently looking for a Cost and Price Analyst, Senior Lead to join our growing team in Aberdeen to support the newly awarded SAI contract!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provides high level subject matter expertise in support of the program life cycle cost estimates (LCCE). 
• Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration and production approaches.
• Assess impact on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems. 
• Performs extensive coordination with the Program Manager, PEO/ PEO staff, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Performs organization-wide analysis of cost models and LCCEs.
• Applies expert knowledge of cost analysis and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.
• Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee’s work for quality, accuracy of work.
• Coordinate work efforts with Contract Officer Representative. 
• Serves as an expert for advising Program Manager on technical guidance and information to meet requirements.                      
• Cost Estimating Supervisor

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics. Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelors degree.         
• A minimum of twelve years experience providing analysis for multiple large projects.
• Experience with ACE-IT              
• Strong analytical ability required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with ability to communicate at all levels.
• MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel Required
