Head of E-commerce, DTC Sales

About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned DTC expert who can help us achieve revenue and LTV targets while ensuring our customers have a best in class experience on our site. This role combines strategy and execution and requires incredible attention to detail and collaboration across multiple internal and external partners. This person will need to be creative, data driven, team player who can be a steward for the brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own achieving/exceeding Level.co revenue targets through development and execution of a strategy to create a compelling  and differentiated site and shopping experience for consumers.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure site merchandising is both performant and in alignment with brand guidelines and initiatives
• Evaluate channel effectiveness through analytics and performance metrics including traffic, bounce rates, CVR, Average order size, shopping path, load-times, etc in order to maximize sales performance.
• Work with cross functional partners to address any challenges or improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations partners to monitor and update the forecast as well as ensure stated delivery windows are appropriate.
• Execute DTC promotional strategies, collaborating with Level’s sales, finance and operations teams in promotional planning.
• Work closely with customer service to ensure customer issues are resolved, fraud and payments challenges are addressed
• Cross functional leadership of  eCommerce team, responsible for all aspects of site development and enhancements - weekly product/creative uploads, major site builds and new site initiatives.
• Drive programs and initiatives to grow LTV
• Collaborate with paid marketing team to improve ROAS
• Drive SEO and other initiatives to drive the organic share of the business

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry, smart home product experience a plus
• Strong understanding of eCommerce technology, platforms, and payment processing systems (shopify and contentful a plus)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics, including LTV improvement tactics
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
• Experience managing people and leading cross-functional projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
