Banquet Cook

Preparation of all food items for Banquet Functions.

Pay Rate: $21.25 per hour. This role is considered entry-level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Requisition of all items for daily production
• Proper transfer of items from one department to another
• Set up a station to handle projected daily business
• Coordinate dish times and counts with Banquet Chef and Banquet Captains
• Proper storage and handling of all food products
• Follow all recipes as set by Banquet Chef and Chef
• Keep the area neat and orderly at all times
• Keep cooler clean and organized - properly labeled and dated
• Assist with all specialty buffets and events

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
• A culinary degree or experience is required.
• Good knife skills.
• Must have availability to work evening shifts, mid-shift, morning shifts and this is including weekends and holidays.
• Must be positive, collaborative, and committed to healthy communication and quality work.
• Must be on your feet for the majority of the shift. 
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
