Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, this role will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity across the company’s financial reporting metrics (both internal and external
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Service Business Technology (“SBT” or “IT”) organization and broader business teams to define curated data sources as a basis for internal and external financial reporting and corrective actions for data quality issues;
- Ensures accountability for the people and processes that extract, analyze and internally report volumetric (i.e., asset counts, customer counts, and production volumes) data from internal systems;
- Serve as the single source of truth for financial data used by various stakeholders (e.g., Energy Services, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Capital Markets, Investor Relations, FP&A, etc.); and
- Provide ERP implementation support as needed (e.g., assisting with requirements gathering, customization, implementation, and training and support).
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, economics, information technology or a related field
- 10+ years of highly specialized subject matter experience
- 5+ years’ experience in energy and/or financial risk management positions
- Prior hands-on ERP implementation experience
- Experience interfacing and communicating clearly with various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics
- Prior experience leading a successful ERP implementation
- Experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Previous experience in energy, and in particular, residential solar
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or other advanced, professional, business-centric certifications

- Very organized and strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working under pressure and with time constraints

Working Conditions
- Open-office environment
- Overtime may be required during certain deadlines
