<p><strong>Ready for a new challenge in your sales career within the hospitality sector ?</strong></p><p><br/> A prestigious hotel group is looking for a <strong>Senior Sales Corporate Executive (M/F) </strong>to develop the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lisboa, Portugal<br/><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time | On-site</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment</p><p>• Identify new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.</p><p>• Manage and expand the client portfolio, creating solid and lasting relationships.</p><p>• Monitor market and competition trends, proposing actions that strengthen our position.</p><p>• Represent the group at trade fairs, events, and commercial visits.</p><p>• Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to maximize results and profitability.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the hotel sector and in a multi-unit environment.</p><p>• Good knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.</p><p>• Strong negotiation and communication skills and a focus on results.</p><p>• Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage).</p><p>• Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented person.</p><p>• Availability for travel in Portugal and abroad.</p><p>• Experience with international brands will be valued.</p><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><p>Integration into a solid and growing hotel group.</p><p>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</p><p> • Attractive remuneration package, in line with experience and profile. </p><p>Additional benefits</p><p><strong>Join AHM - Ace Hospitality Management and be part of a team that creates memorable experiences for our guests !</strong></p>
