CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
- Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
- Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
- Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- Specifically, work with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and functional groups to understand their business needs and translate those needs into business and technical requirements.
- Responsible for strategic projects that enhance existing processes and technologies.
- Focus on Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system for account and contact management, activity planning, sales planning & forecasting, data integration, reporting, analytics, campaign management. and medical education.
- Coordinate the development on the Medtronic Salesforce platforms.
- Responsible for developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process flows and Apex triggers.
- Leverage Data model for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud of Salesforce.
- Leverage good understanding of the Salesforce SOQL Database.
- Work with different access control features of Salesforce including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and sharing settings.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI Analytics) systems.
- Coordinate various IT implementations utilizing SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), working with and overseeing Medtronic and Vendor team members.
- Leverage knowledge and best practices from being a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor��s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience with the following is strongly preferred:
- Administration on Salesforce platforms
- Developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process flows, and Apex triggers
