The RevOps function at Bloomreach brings our sales, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams together to build and drive our GTM strategy.  Ultimately, RevOps exists to ensure we are doing everything possible to help our Revenue teams deliver value to customers and exceed Bloomreach’s financial plan. 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our new Salesforce CPQ platform to support our sales, pricing, and quoting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CPQ solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, a passion for process optimization, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Your job will be to:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce CPQ to support sales workflows, pricing models, product configurations, and quoting processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, DealDesk, Finance, Product and Service teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Manage product catalog, price books, discount schedules, and pricing rules within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Customize and maintain CPQ templates, quote documents, and contract generation processes to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pricing trends, and quoting efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Provide user training, support, and documentation to enable sales teams to effectively utilize Salesforce CPQ.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce CPQ best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize system performance and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless processes for DocuSign CLM. 

You have the following experience and qualities:

Professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification required.
  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Previous CLM software (DocuSign CLM, Conga etc) is a plus.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development methodologies is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and solve complex problems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
