The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Finance Systems team of the CFO organization to ensure proper controls and accuracy of financial systems, data integrity and configuration.
The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for assisting in safeguarding the assets of the company by managing updates and edits to various accounting and finance systems. The position is responsible for ensuring the financial systems are maintained in accordance with IEEE requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices. The candidate will also be working directly with organization-wide staff to assist in their understanding of the systems, processes and reporting.
In addition, this position will perform a variety of complicated tasks including: implementation and maintenance of financial systems in the areas of accounting, expense reimbursements, procurement, accounts payable and financial systems that are part of the overall accounting and finance process.
The individual in this role will partner with other team members to ensure that consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain system integrity, collaborate in project team settings and provide end-user training and manage associated materials.
The role typically reports to the Director, Financial Systems and functions as an individual contributor. This position works under minimal supervision, relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Concur: • oversight, maintenance and management of database tables• management of end-user records and monitoring of related integration feeds• primary support to end-users and provide direction to staff whom serve as the primary points of contact to specific end-user groups• partner with team members on maintaining end-user training, web-site materials and communications
- Oracle Cloud:• primary accountable for managing Chart of Accounts and related configuration tables• partners with team members to conduct annual audit analysis• participate with team in project related activities, analysis and updates
- Single Payment Processing (Bravo):• Administration oversight for newest financial system, reconciliation of payment processing and provide end-user guidance
- General:• Partner with team members in maintaining and producing department metrics/KPI reports• Support team members with researching system issues and making system enhancement recommendations and/or process enhancements• Opportunity for this position to evolve into a subject matter expert for Oracle and other related applications• Liaison to the organization-wide staff by acting as the go-between for the business and the systems in the resolution of issues
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Accounting, Finance, Project Management or related field Req
Work Experience
- 3-5 years Accounting, Finance, System Administration, Customer Support, or relevant industry experience Req
Skills and Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and polished, professional demeanor with ability to interact with all levels of management
- Must be able to read and assimilate correspondence from end users, and prepare succinct responses
