Position Overview:
As a valued member of our talented Assembly team, you will be a skilled and detail-oriented professional responsible for assembling components and performing 12-volt wiring on consoles, T-Tops, and cabins. This role also includes diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.

Essential Functions:
Boat Assembly: Perform electrical assembly tasks, including multi-line and workstation/cell operations, utilizing a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent training
Apply comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and components to daily assembly operations
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions to ensure accurate installation
Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues efficiently to maintain production flow and quality standards
Utilize electrical certification and training (preferred) to ensure compliance with safety and workmanship requirements
Installation and Fitment: Ensure proper alignment and fitting of components, including using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to achieve precise tolerances.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects, inaccuracies, or deviations from specifications. Address any issues promptly and collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain high-quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors immediately.
