What We Need:

iHeartMedia is seeking an experienced Regional Engineer to join our Seattle-based team and ensure our broadcast operations run flawlessly. In this role, you will design, configure, and maintain advanced electronic systems that deliver reliable transmission and support future scalability. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting RF equipment, transmission systems, and related infrastructure, as well as configuring and supporting hardware, software, and networking components. Preventative maintenance and system calibrations will be key to minimizing downtime, and you will provide 24/7 operational support for mission-critical broadcast environments. Collaboration with engineering teams to implement innovative solutions and optimize performance is an essential part of the role.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in RF systems, broadcast equipment, and IT networking, combined with hands-on problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional broadcast experiences.
