Summary
The Tech Services Assistants are responsible for assisting with technology questions and issues for SPA faculty and staff and may assist with setting up presentations and A/V for locally scheduled spaces in Kerwin Hall as assigned.
Experience
Must have an intermediate knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) is beneficial. Experience with minor computer hardware repairs preferred. Understanding of basic A/V setup (webcam, sound, laptop connection, and troubleshooting) is highly desirable.

Part-time
Student
9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Friday is mandatory
8 hours/week
*All AU students are eligible to apply for this position, with a preference for those students with a Federal Work Study award.
