Sr Commercial Construction Superintendent

We’re seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale arena and hospitality projects. This role supports complex builds where coordination, schedule control, and strong field leadership are critical. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in high-profile, fast-paced construction environments and can drive projects from ground-up through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and site activities to maintain project progress
• Manage construction schedules and sequencing using Primavera and field-driven planning
• Oversee installation and coordination of MEP systems across large commercial projects
• Track field progress, budgets, and site performance to support overall project success
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication using Procore
• Serve as a key field leader working closely with project managers and stakeholders 

Qualifications

• Experience supporting arena, stadium, or large hospitality construction projects
• Strong field leadership background in commercial construction environments
• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling tools
• Experience using Procore for field documentation and coordination
• Strong understanding of MEP system installation and coordination
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain schedule performance
• Experience supporting project budgets and cost awareness in the field
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
