By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The Digital &amp; Process Performance function is organized into key teams to drive transformation <span>effectively. Processes</span> &amp; <span>Applications focuses</span> on modernizing core business processes, while Data &amp; <span>Analytics enables</span> data-driven <span>decision-making. IT</span> <span>Operations ensures</span> reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and <span>the Transformation</span> Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We are now looking for a talented <b>Senior Solution Manager, Finance &amp; Planning</b> to join our team of Process &amp; Applications, Business Platform This role is located in Espoo, Finland and it reports to the Head of Business Technology.  </span><br/><br/><b><span>Responsibilities and key activities:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Manage the finance and planning related applications lifecycle (continuous development, testing, service management and solution architecture/ roadmaps) and ensure the availability and reliability of the services, also planning and anticipating changes impacting the solutions</span></li><li><span>Act as an IT “product owner” for the development and run operations for the defined IT services. </span></li><li><span>Lead the team of Global Solution Design Owners / Applications Specialists and facilitate a common service management operation across common Huhtamaki applications. </span></li><li><span>Manage the internal experts and ecosystem partners (including vendors) involved in the delivery of the services for solutions. </span></li><li><span>Represent the IT interface towards business/functions for demand management process and ensuring business alignment of the solution. </span></li><li><span>Support internal / external ecosystem network through the delivery process towards customers. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements for the role:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>At least 5 years of relevant working experience.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge on OneStream, Basware and Anaplan will be seen as benefit</span></li><li><span>Strong service mindset</span></li><li><span>Ability to translate business requirements into solution capabilities.</span></li><li><span>Solid understanding of service management working practices and process and technical knowledge</span></li><li><span>Ability to visualize and document concepts in an easily communicated way.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to manage and develop a team of IT experts.</span></li><li><span>Ability to lead solution design work with both internal and external subject matter experts.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Cooperative and skilled at influencing without direct authority.</span></li><li><span>Fluency in English (written and spoken), Finnish is a plus</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field </span><br/> </li></ul><p><span>If you have any additional questions regarding this opportunity, you can contact the hiring manager Aki Kemppi via email </span><a href="mailto:aki.kemppi@huhtamaki.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><sp
