Position Overview:

To process orders for shipments or customer pick-ups as required by the customer and as required by the company.

 

Essential Functions:

Must be able to manage the shrink/scrap process for all product types
Must research when product is not in location and resolve
Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders
Must be able to assist or backup Transportation Coordinator with some job functions
Must be able to complete regularly scheduled cycle inventory
Must be able to track aged products to ensure efficient use of storage locations
Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations
Manage flow of all priority orders and/or delayed shipments
Schedule FedEx orders
Assign/reallocate stock as necessary
Communicate with customers on “aged” orders
Process vendor claims
Process all facility Accounts Payable transactions
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

 

Requirements:

Must be able to read and write numbers in English
Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements
Must be able to make decisions independently
Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data
Must be able to meet frequent deadlines
Must have high school diploma or GED

 

This position is located and works out of Eagen, MN
$25.33 Per Hour
Sunday 9a-3p, Monday - Wednesday 8a - 1p
