The ideal applicant will have three or more years of teaching experience in a variety of middle school Spanish courses and the demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues. Flexibility in teaching core courses across grades 7-8 is highly desired, as is the ability to work with a range of learners. Strong pedagogical content knowledge and proficiency with educational technology are essential, as is a growth mindset.
