ABOUT THE POSITON: The Supply Chain Architect is responsible for planning and overseeing supply chain projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Supply Chain Architect plans project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Work directly with Supply Chain leadership to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with processes and systems

What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?

  • Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
  • Identify, schedule, and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and work with project staff to outline work plan.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
  • Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
  • Aid in development of portfolio and technology roadmap
  • Project Management Professional “PMP” Certification or Agile/Scrum Certification (required)
  • Lean Training - Green/Black Belt (required)
