Job Title: Senior Workday Time-Zone Partner – Asia Pacific and Japan (based in London UK or Hong Kong)

Your Role @ CHANEL:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Time-Zone Partner, based in Hong Kong, to reinforce our Core People Solutions team and lead critical initiatives within the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. As an integral part of the global People Solutions Team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Workday experience and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our key people processes at CHANEL.

With a deep understanding of Workday, specifically in HCM and Absence, you will design, develop, and implement effective organisational structures and processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading organisational re-design and realignment initiatives, ensuring smooth business objectives and strategies.

You will act as the preferred partner of the regional support teams within your time zone, advocating for the global principles underlying the Workday configuration. Furthermore, your role will require strong technical skills, including the ability to leverage Workday extend functionalities to further enhance our operations and processes.

This role may progressively expand to other technology solutions over time as we continue to evolve our People technology ecosystem and related support model.

What you will bring to the role:

• Deep expertise in HCM processes including Core HR and Absence, as well as knowledge of other HR functions and business processes.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Analyst / Administrator experience with Workday HCM and Absence configuration.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale organisational re-designs or reorganisations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong technical skills, with a focus on utilising Workday's extend functionalities to optimise operations and processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
