We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Principal Agilist to drive and promote agile practices within our organization. As a Principal Agilist, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. Your expertise in Agile frameworks, coupled with your strong leadership and coaching abilities, will be instrumental in transforming our organization into an agile powerhouse.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.

• Drive the agile transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, stakeholders, and leadership on agile principles, values, and practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and continuously improve agile processes, ceremonies, and metrics.

• Identify areas of improvement, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and delivery.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization, fostering an environment where teams take ownership and drive innovation.

• Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational change and encouraging adaptive thinking to embrace agile values and mindset.

• Provide thought leadership and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging agile practices, and tools, sharing knowledge and best practices with the organization.

• Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, support, and commitment to the agile transformation journey.

• Measure and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of agile implementation and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar roles, leading agile transformations in complex enterprise environments.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

• Proven ability to drive organizational change and promote agile principles and practices across diverse teams and departments.

• Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to adopt and embrace agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development tools, enabling effective collaboration and tracking of work progress.

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
