We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Principal Agilist to drive and promote agile practices within our organization. As a Principal Agilist, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. Your expertise in Agile frameworks, coupled with your strong leadership and coaching abilities, will be instrumental in transforming our organization into an agile powerhouse.
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across the organization.

Drive the agile transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, stakeholders, and leadership on agile principles, values, and practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and continuously improve agile processes, ceremonies, and metrics.

Identify areas of improvement, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and delivery.

Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization, fostering an environment where teams take ownership and drive innovation.

Act as a change agent, facilitating organizational change and encouraging adaptive thinking to embrace agile values and mindset.

Provide thought leadership and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging agile practices, and tools, sharing knowledge and best practices with the organization.

Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, support, and commitment to the agile transformation journey.

Measure and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of agile implementation and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar roles, leading agile transformations in complex enterprise environments.

In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

Proven ability to drive organizational change and promote agile principles and practices across diverse teams and departments.

Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to adopt and embrace agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development tools, enabling effective collaboration and tracking of work progress.

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
