Position Summary
Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Work You’ll Do
- Support process assessments (data gathering, interviews, current-state mapping) and contribute to future-state design
- Clean, reconcile, and analyze data from ERP and operational sources; develop insights, visuals, and draft recommendations
- Develop core deliverables (work plans, meeting materials, decision logs, SOP drafts, KPI definitions, basic dashboards requirements)
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs, track actions, and maintain RAID logs; support governance routines and meeting cadences

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 2+ years of supply chain planning and/or manufacturing/maintenance operations experience (planning, inventory, procurement, scheduling, MRO)
- 1+ years performing structured analysis (data gathering, interviews, process mapping) and developing client-ready deliverables
- 1+ years executing process analysis and design (current/future state, requirements, SOPs, controls) in complex environments
- 1+ years of project delivery experience (work planning, facilitation, RAID management, deliverable ownership)
- 1+ years directly supporting government/DoD or similarly regulated environments
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, AL
