What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations, listening closely to customer needs and providing tailored flooring recommendations
• Present a wide range of flooring options, balancing style, function, and budget
• Manage the customer journey from initial contact through final installation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Collaborate with our team while also managing your own sales pipeline independently
• Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and installation processes

Qualifications for Success:

•  Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must)
•  Strong flooring knowledge and an understanding of materials, trends, and installation processes
•  Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Ability to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly
•  Exceptional Follow-Through: Ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire process
•  Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect, advise, and influence purchasing decisions
•  Able to Work Independently, Yet Collaboratively: Confident in managing your own sales pipeline while contributing to team goals
