Float Assistant Branch Manager - High Street Branch

Maps Credit Union seeks a Float Assistant Branch Manager to provide exceptional leadership and assist in managing our High Street Branch. We seek an individual who is dynamic, driven, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. The home branch for this position is located at our High Street Branch in Salem, Oregon, and requires travel to our other 9 branches as needed.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
• Effectively address and resolve members' questions and concerns while uncovering needs.
• Assist in the oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.
• Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development.
• Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.
• Step into any role in the branch as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry in the following positions with demonstrated progressive responsibilities: Teller, Financial Services, and Lending.
• A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.
• Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.

Starting Pay Range: $32.50 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn monthly incentives.
