Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Part-Time)

Adamas Building Services is now hiring a Porter.

We are looking for someone well organized, who can complete work orders, and keep the building clean and detailed inside and outside. We are searching for a team player who also has no issues getting things done on their own.

Rate - $17.00 HR

Shift - Sat and Sun 8am-4pm

Requirements

• Cleaning and organization to the Vanderblit buildings and Hadley buildings.
• Trash run cleanouts to all floors, compactor clean out trash removal .
• Power washing garage entrances, sweeping and mopping entrances and main lobbies.
• Vacuuming carpets and detail shampooing twice a week and when necessary .
