What You Will Do:
Manage the overall cleanliness of the dish pit & washing of kitchen dishes, equipment and utensils throughout the day
Remove dirty dishes from stations and wash them
Keep floors clear of food and spills
Monitor levels of soap, towels, dry goods, & dishes
Help to expedite food prep as needed
Support the cooking staff by keeping tools and equipment cleaned and stocked
Uphold the highest level of personal hygiene and appearance
Maintain a clean and orderly dish pit
Follow all company policies (Attendance, No Tobacco Products on Campus, Illegal Drug & Alcohol, Family Medical Leave Act, Personal Appearance, Personal Electronic Devices, Vacation & Personal Time, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk or hear
Required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch for 8+ hours
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
