💵 Pay: $25–$30/hr | Full-Time

Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a dynamic Activities Director to lead our resident activity program and bring joy, engagement, and purpose to every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, organize, and lead daily group and individual activities

• Attend care conferences and contribute to resident care plans

• Foster an inclusive, uplifting environment for all residents

• Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and outings

• Supervise and inspire activity staff and volunteers

• Maintain required documentation and meet regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in a skilled nursing or senior care setting preferred
✔️ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
✔️ A caring, enthusiastic attitude and passion for working with the elderly
✔️ Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend care plan meetings
✔️ Activity certification (or willingness to obtain)
