Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Client Success Specialist to serve as the local streaming TV expert and strategic advisor for clients, sales, and internal stakeholders covering Peacock, NBCU, and Telemundo digital video products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a list of large agency and advertiser accounts; serve as the cross-functional quarterback from proposal and planning through activation and reporting—partnering with account management, operations, and sales to deliver exceptional service, navigate complex agency requirements, and achieve client KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effectively communicate, develop quarterly business reviews (QBRs), translate the complex into clear and concise guidance for growth.

  • Build a deep understanding of client business objectives; lead weekly client touchpoints to optimize in-flight performance and provide strategic recommendations that drive long-term outcomes and brand growth. Analyze and troubleshoot campaign performance via FreeWheel and campaign management tools.

  • Share product knowledge by providing sales and account teams with answers to common questions; train clients and internal stakeholders on dashboard access and insights; and partner with technology teams to improve reporting efficiency.

  • Partner with research to assess targeting data and attribution approaches, with emphasis on feasibility, scale, measurement rigor, and partner landscape.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the NBCU Local streaming TV offering by monitoring marketplace and competitive trends, partnering with marketing on go-to-market materials, and strengthening product positioning in alignment with NBCU brand values.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in streaming TV and/or digital video products.

  • Experience required with digital campaign activation/management and/or measurement.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Working knowledge of digital targeting, measurement, and reporting.

  • Proven ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.

  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager/DFP).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Highly detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical judgment.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Intellectually curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve client outcomes.
