As our chosen Dual Site Assistant Manager at our manufactured housing communities, every day you will help people buy their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Mill Creek Estates (110 spaces) and Windermere Meadows (113 spaces) are beautiful manufactured housing communities in Aumsville, OR and we want YOU to be our Dual Site Assistant Manager!

Requirements

To thrive in this role:

1+ year experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management

Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

Experience with rent collection & monitoring and delinquency management

Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement

Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities

Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting systems

Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes and maintain high occupancy rates

A team player

**Must Live On-Site**

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of manufactured housing regulations

Familiarity with Manage America and NetSuite
