A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and thrive in a team-oriented environment.</p><p>Machine Operators will work a rotating 12-hour shift that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime hours. <strong>The starting rate of pay ranges from $25-27/HR and will be determined based on experience and knowledge.</strong> A <strong>$3.00/hour shift premium</strong> will be paid out for all night-shift hours worked (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).</p><p>Additional Benefits to consider:</p><ul><li>Full benefits package that begins the first of the month following the start date</li><li>Two (2) weeks of vacation prorated for the first year</li><li>11 Paid Holidays each calendar year</li><li> 48 Hours of PTO (1-yr waiting period until PTO is earned and will be pro-rated during the first year of eligibility)</li><li>Annual bonus potential</li><li>Opportunities to advance based on capability, not seniority</li><li>Work in a progressive, safety-conscious work environment</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>And so much more! </li></ul><p><strong><span>Our Team</span></strong><span></span></p><p>The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels).
